[Overview]
Where Morgana is a loquacious and verbose individual, Sindri rarely ever speaks, and when he does it is often in an eerie and rattling whisper due to the scar that destroyed his throat. He is much more introspective and pensive than his sister, preferring to observe from the shadows rather than be in the forefront of the brutality. He is not nearly as violent and cruel as his sister seems to be, but still finds a fascination in the suffering and distress of others, the effects these traumas have on their minds, and the after effects of such things. Because of this he is less likely to want to kill, much preferring to keep an animal alive to observe them than snuffing them out at their more raw and vulnerable.

It is perhaps the lingering ghost of his own trauma that causes these obsessions, wishing to observe his own suffering through others in ways he couldn't control in himself. He can be a touch unhinged and obsessive in that regard, obsessed with control and impressing it on those around him. He wants to watch you break, he wants to see the moment the hope dies in your eyes, and because of this he often shadows his sister when she's committing her cruel acts of brutality.

His obsessive nature often branches to Morgana as well, having lost her once in another life, he refuses to allow her to leave him again, and often acts irrational or paranoid if he feels there might be a chance of this happening. Though he would never even attempt or desire to harm her, the insidious considerations are still there in the broken mind, the ways that he could keep her there forever. He has no desire to harm Morgana, and knows she would never let him, still, the thoughts remain.

Sindri has never known love, and feels he is incapable of ever feeling such emotions, or any emotions really. He is a perfectly crafted facade fit to whomever he's speaking to at the time, a kind face, an intimidating scowl, a simpering bow. Morgana is the only one who knows the intelligent animal beneath the dozens of masks he wears for the rest. He's content to keep it that way.

Where Morgana resisted the cruel fate that they were pulled into, Sindri was too broken and afraid to follow her example. When they made him eat, he ate, and sometimes he still tastes the wretched flavors on his tongue. But they were together, and Sindri clung tightly to that shred of comfort, as long as they were together he could endure. When Morgana fled into the night there was an anguish and hate that burned in his chest despite wanting to feel glad that she'd gotten away, and his own hope and will died slowly after her escape.

He'd always been weak, he'd always been a wretched and lowly creature, and he let them do whatever they wished to him. What did it matter? Morgana was gone, he was alone, nothing held any meaning anymore. The punishments were severe in light of her escape, but still he endured, until his body was too broken and tired to carry on anymore. His dying breaths were a curse echoed to his killers, before he was silenced forever with a bite that tore open his throat.

He came to with a rattling gasp, realizing quickly that he was still himself, but different. He tried to speak, but the words rattled and died in his throat, where a grim reminder followed him even here. It was a second chance, a chance to never be a wretch again. A chance to find his sister and never let her leave him again.
