Hugo in one word is mischievous, new tricks and games to play always running through his mind. Life is a game and the world is your playground so you might as well have some fun. Nobody is to young or to old to play with or pull a prank on and he almost always has a smile on his face. To match the main meal of mischief is a nice side of sarcasm. Droll words with a nice silver tongue is always present with him. To make a joke, to make someone look foolish, heck simply in everyday life to spice things up a bit. It's all fun and games and besides, a little tough affection never hurt anybody. He is a bit of a loner, not antisocial but simply someone who needs their own space from time to time. No need for cuddles and telling somebody about every detail of the last five minutes. He is a little chaotic, but an organized chaos. Never taking to to far with his jokes but sometimes they can get a little out of hand. All of it is done in the name of fun though!
Hugo is adventurous, the need to see the world beyond being highlight of his day. He thinks about fantastic adventures like the ones in his story books as well as simply finding new things to explore. Its something that he can never outgrow or ignore half the time. He ends up being a little dramatic however, always over emphasizing half of what he says to almost unbearable points. He luckily throws it into his speech less than his actions, always having to be the one to go over the top. With that he is extremely energetic and playful, almost like a puppy. He can easily end up bouncing off of the walls if someones not watching him. With all of this it seems like he couldn't care about anyone but himself, but this is in fact the complete opposite of him. He cares deeply about those he trusts and will do anything for them. If one can make a friend out of him then they have a lifetime partner for the most part. He can also be extremely gentle, especially towards children. He can always find a way to make a kid laugh or take care of a small scrape that needs tending to.
He isn't one for formalities, casual greetings and speech being the thing that mostly slips past his lips. Not to forget he's a bit of an emotional wreck half of the time. He acts normal most of the time, but when he's alone he tends to snap with anger since he can't remember who his family is. It drives him up a wall and he makes things up as he goes in order to try and fill in the gaps his mind has. This makes him extremely anxious and asocial because what if he says the wrong thing? What if he meets one of his family members and just doesn't know it yet? He needs alone time to think but he doesn't want to be completely alone constantly. To make up for his own insecurities he ends up acting very cynical at times, normally when his energy to talk with people runs low. It makes him irritated, fatigued and downright crude at times. Afterwards he tries to apologize the best he can before spilling exactly why he got to that breaking point.
